Even during the prime surf months (from November to May), you'll typically find waves reaching up to waist height. Expect around 2 to 3 quality surf days in a week. Enjoy the year-round warm waters; in November, a shorty wetsuit will suffice, but by the cooler February waters (16°C), a 3/2 wetsuit becomes essential.
